This Privacy Policy explains how MyDesignNexus, a proprietorship based in Hassan, Karnataka, processes personal data through digileap5.in, related landing pages, enquiry channels, Meta lead ads, calls, WhatsApp, email, payments and the DigiLeap5 Digital Launch service.

“MyDesignNexus”, “MDN”, “DigiLeap5”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the service operator. This policy should be read with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Name, business name, job role and preferred language.
• Phone number, WhatsApp number, email address and city.
• Business profile details, website, social links, logo, content and project requirements.
• Enquiry answers, call notes, messages, approvals, feedback and support history.
• Booking, invoice, payment status, amount and transaction-reference information.
• Device, browser, approximate location, referral source, page interactions and cookie or analytics data.
• Account-access details you choose to provide through an agreed secure method for service delivery.

Please do not submit passwords, full card numbers, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive information through a public form, advertisement, email or open chat.

We receive data directly from you when you complete a form, respond to an advertisement, call, message, book, pay or work with our team. We may also receive business contact information from a person authorised by your organisation, publicly available business profiles, referral partners and service providers used to complete your request.

If you submit a Meta instant form or respond to a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, Meta sends the information you chose to submit to MyDesignNexus. Meta separately processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

We use personal data only for lawful, stated purposes, including to:

• Respond to enquiries and determine whether the package fits your business.
• Schedule audits, calls and DigiLeap5 launch slots.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, receipts and project records.
• Build, launch, maintain and support the services you purchase.
• Communicate through phone, WhatsApp, email or another channel you selected.
• Process and reconcile payments and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Measure website and campaign performance and improve our services.
• Protect our systems, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations.

Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it using the contact details below. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may prevent us from completing a service that needs the relevant information.

Submitting an enquiry authorises us to contact you about that enquiry through the channels you provide. Promotional follow-up beyond the enquiry will be sent only where permitted. You may opt out by replying “STOP”, using an unsubscribe option where available, or emailing us. Essential booking, payment, project and security messages are not marketing messages.

Online payments may be processed by Razorpay or another payment provider identified at checkout. MyDesignNexus normally receives the payment status, amount, payer details and transaction reference needed for reconciliation. We do not intend to store your complete card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.

Payment providers and banks process payment data under their own legal terms and privacy practices. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.

We may use essential storage, analytics tags and advertising technologies to operate the website, understand visits, attribute enquiries, limit abuse and measure campaign results. These tools may process device identifiers, browser data, pages viewed, actions and referral information.

You can control non-essential cookies through available consent controls and browser settings. Blocking some technologies may reduce measurement accuracy or affect website features. We will update this section if our tracking setup materially changes.

We may share only the information reasonably required with:

• Authorised MyDesignNexus team members and contractors working on your project.
• Hosting, domain, analytics, communication, CRM, cloud and security providers.
• Payment gateways, banks, accountants and professional advisers.
• Google, Meta and other platforms when you ask us to configure or manage those services.
• Government, regulatory, law-enforcement or judicial authorities when legally required.
• A successor to the relevant business operation, subject to appropriate protection and notice where required.

We do not sell personal data as a standalone product. Providers are expected to process information for authorised purposes and subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Some cloud, analytics, communication or platform providers may process information outside India. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and comply with transfer restrictions and safeguards required by applicable Indian law.

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the stated purpose, the customer relationship, support, security, dispute handling, accounting, taxation and other legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type.

When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or securely isolate it, subject to backup cycles and lawful retention duties. An opt-out record may be retained so that we can respect your communication preference.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls, secure service providers, limited team access, software maintenance and incident-response practices.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free. If a personal-data incident requires notice under applicable law, we will take the required response and notification steps.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide information about processing, correct or update inaccurate data, erase data that is no longer lawfully required, withdraw consent, stop promotional communication or address a grievance.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain if a lawful exception prevents full completion. This policy is intended to operate consistently with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules as their provisions apply.

DigiLeap5 is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from anyone under 18 for independent use of the service. A parent, guardian or authorised adult should contact us if they believe a child submitted information.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The revised version will show a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek fresh consent before using personal data for a materially different purpose.
